Scope

The price is based on the scope of the job as laid out in the proposal. Anything not included in this proposal, or that Naked deems out of the scope of the originally signed deal, may incur an additional cost. If you would like to amend the scope of this proposal, all amendments must be in writing and signed off by all parties.  A maximum of two revisions are included where clients are able to make small tweaks. Any changes after this, or any changes deemed outside of original scope may incur additional cost. 

Time 

Naked will aim to accomplish all deadlines and timeframes set out in this proposal. The timelines given are estimates. Naked Marketing will always endeavour to meet all timelines agreed upon, however, timelines might vary due to several variables such as public holidays, sickness, efficiency in information and assets provided by you, time that is taken for client reviews, and other unforeseen factors that may impact deadlines. If there is additional time required by Naked Marketing that is outside of the initial scope and deadlines, this may result in additional costs. This cost will be the hourly rate of those involved in the project and will be communicated to you. 

Cancellation or putting on hold

Two months’ written notice is required for the cancellation of this agreement. To put your project or retainer on hold, written notice is required and must be signed off by Naked Marketing. If agreed upon by both parties you may put your project on hold for a maximum period of 2 months. After this period, if you wish to cancel another 1 month’s notice will be required. 

Cost

Payment for strategy and setup costs are required upfront. Our billing will be sent out by the last day of the month and payment is required by the 20th of the following month. All prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the date stated on this proposal, after this time costs may be subject to change. 

Levy 

Late invoices will gain a 2.5% levy per month.

Pricing Validity and Potential Adjustments:

The pricing outlined in this proposal is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance. After this period, the quoted prices may be subject to adjustment based on factors such as market conditions, changes in project scope, or other unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to review and revise the pricing as necessary. Therefore, it is advisable to confirm acceptance of this proposal within the stipulated 30-day timeframe to secure the presented pricing.

Payment for a website project is broken down into 3 payments. These payments will be made based on a set timeline and the stage of the project does not affect this. An initial 50% of payment is required upfront, followed by the next 30% one month from the signed proposal date, and the final 20% two months from the signed proposal date. An additional cost may be required if the project goes out of the agreed deadline due to but not limited to: you not providing us with assets, information, access, or any other communication needed, change in scope due to the project being pushed out. If a new framework is requested, or a strategy revision is requested before the agreed-upon date this may incur additional costs. This is up to negotiation and under the discretion of Naked Marketing.  A maximum of two revisions on a single framework are included where clients are able to make small tweaks. Any changes after this, or any changes deemed outside of original scope may incur additional cost.
